Workshop on bakery and pastry concluded with certificate distribution ceremony at Sai International institute of hotel management. Chef. Kannan, Ex Executive Chef, Taj Madras Flight Kitchen, who was the chief guest appreciated the enthusiasm of the students and advised them to master the baking skills as well as communication skill. He also inspired the students by giving a view on the industry through his vast experience.

 

 

Chef. Arumugam , who trained the students on these days said that the workshop was specially aimed at developing a specific quality in baking based upon the fundamental principles. According to the students, the workshop held in SAI INSTITUTIONS was the base for exploring further levels of baking methods. At the conclusion of the ceremony, all the participants received the certificates by the chief guest..
