The students are trained to do products such as cakes, cookies, pastry, mousse, truffles, icing etc. Advanced machinery and technologies are widely used to in the practical lab to learn and explore in baking.
Students are well trained by the professional in making different cakes and deserts. Students are also taught with latest techniques and skills needed for various baking procedures, get to know the various types of ingredients used in baking and develop a working knowledge of equipment needed for baking.
